Return and Refund Policy

We strive for excellent customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of the products and services offered on this website, we do not issue refunds or accept returns once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. All sales and donations on this site are considered charitable contributions and are final.

Digital products are delivered immediately and offered through our customer portal. If you have any trouble accessing your product, please contact us at customerservice@findingyourway.com so that we may assist you. Donations are accepted on good faith and are non-refundable. The purchase of books and curriculum material cannot be refunded due to the potential of abuse where someone could copy the material and then initiate a refund request. If you receive a product and has been damaged in shipping, please contact customerservice@findingyourway.com immediately upon receiving the item and we will discuss options with you. Thank you for understanding. All purchases and donations are final.
